Receptionist

The Receptionist module is a Web App that allows a user at a central communication and reception point to enter new leads - e.g. walk-ins or call-ins - and to help with the pre-qualification of leads. If the lead temperature is high enough or a clear interest in a specific model is expressed the receptionist can allocate the lead to an available sales consultant and can hand over all available information and the next activity to the selected sales consultant.
