Image collector

User created new case and selected type Remote Image Collector .

User fills costumer data (First name, Last name, Email and Phone number) and confirm by Next button.

To be able to receive a phone calls, user must set status FLEET to ONLINE and turn on the microphone and sound for PC.

User can fill Idenfificator (it can be VIN, Licence plate or case number).

User can to edit customer data.

User can send to customer new sms with link to his case.

When the customer calls the expert (user), the user will see on main page cases section the grey line with the information about waiting call.

User can press the grey line for step to customer data and case.

If the customer adds some photos to the case, they can be seen here. Then the user accepts the phone call with the green button on the right side.

A phone call between the user and the customer is in progress. During the phone call, both the user and the customer can take photos and delete them. For the final selection of photos for the case, the user uses the green circle.

To end the call, the user can select the end case option for the customer.

User can to finish case and then user can to downloaded all the photos from this case to zip folder.

Finally, the user can send the data to a scanner to look for damage in the photos. Context is required.

After the data has been successfully sent to the scanner, the user will receive a message (green message on the top right conner).

The case is created and can be seen in the case overview. If the scanner evaluates any damages on the photos, so they are marked on the photos.
